  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above 500 AED 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Middle east

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [24 hours] with photos.

  • For lost packages, we will work with the courier to investigate, but replacement or refund will depend on courier confirmation.
